What is the Refund Policy after purchase?

Bit Assist offers a no-question-asked refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Since all payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, the final refund amount may be affected by VAT, sales tax, GST, and Paddle’s transaction fee.

We use Paddle’s VAT-inclusive pricing model. This means the price shown at checkout is the final price customers see. If VAT, sales tax, GST, or any similar tax applies, it is already included within that price instead of being added separately at checkout.

Paddle handles tax collection, tax compliance, and payment processing for each order. Paddle also charges a transaction fee, generally 5% + $0.50 per transaction.

The VAT/tax amount is refunded by Paddle as part of the refund process, but Paddle’s transaction fee is not refundable.

For example, if you purchase Bit Assist for $39, the checkout price remains $39. You do not pay any extra VAT or tax at checkout.

Here is a simple example:

Checkout price: $39
VAT/tax included in that price (By Paddle): $3
Paddle transaction fee: $2.45 (5% and 50 cents per transaction)
Amount received by Bit Assist after tax and transaction fee: $33.55

If you request a refund from Bit Assist, Bit Assist will refund you $33.55 and Paddle may refund the $3 VAT/tax according to its tax handling process. However, the $2.45 transaction fee is not refundable.

So, in this example:

Refund from Bit Assist: $33.55
VAT/tax refunded by Paddle: $3
Non-refundable Paddle transaction fee: $2.45
Total customer refund: $36.55

This means the customer may receive $36.55, not the full $39, because Paddle’s transaction fee is not refundable.

Process for refund request:

You can request a refund by using the Contact Us option on our website or by emailing us at support@bitapps.pro. We may ask you a few questions about the issue you’re facing with our product. If the problem can be solved, our support team will try their best to fix it. Otherwise, you’ll receive your refund within seven working days.

By purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy. It also means you agree to and fully accept its terms.
